The Interactive dashboard provides the client with a global view of their fire risk position and overall view of all fire risk assessment actions & assessments, completed and outstanding. Actions are listed by risk rating and also separated from life risk actions and property protection. This allows visibility of assessment findings that breach the Fire Safety Order.
The interactive floorplan feature allows the assessor to tag assessment findings to a floorplan to pinpoint the precise location and finding image to the client. Internal or external contractors can also view the plans saving time on locating building defects and risks.
The assessor/auditor dashboard allows you to see at glance the number of fire risk assessments and audits assigned to each individual and where deadlines for completion are overdue. You can use the dashboard to re-allocate and distribute FRA work. Aurora automatically sends emails when work is allocated, reducing admin time.
Aurora already has three main FRA templates (based on the PAS 79:2020 methodology), these are Residential, Commercial, and Pre-Occupancy Safety templates. However, bespoke templates can be created to meet your specific requirements. Please speak to one of our team for costings.
NSI and SSAIB BAFE certificates are automatically created on completion and imbedded within the fire risk assessment, saving on admin time.
Clients can attach evidence of completed works, such as certification or 'before and after' pictures. The evidence can be stored and accessed by assessors, contractors and client managers, allowing a full audit trail.
